Thousands of seekers and devotees from across the globe throng to India as pilgrims in search of an experience with spiritual tours. Rejuvenate your spiritual self with specially curated Yoga & spiritual tours.
There are several trials one could embark upon.
a) Tour the yoga capital of the world – Haridwar & Rishikesh
After visiting the Historical city of Delhi, you can make an excursion to the spiritual and yoga capital of the world – tucked in the lap of the Himalayas – Haridwar & Rishikesh are the spiritual epicentre for Hindus in India.
You could begin your journey to seek spiritual enlightenment from Haridwar, where you can visit Har ki Pauri to attend the famous Ganga Aarti – a sunset prayer accompanied by music on the banks of the holy river. The ghat becomes a sight for sore eyes when the Ganga aarti is performed with bells ringing and diyas (oil lamps) lit everywhere. You could also visit the mystic city of Rishikesh which is full of ashrams, yoga centres, holy sites, wandering sadhus, holy cows and the famous Beatles Ashram.
b) Spiritual Tour to South India
This tour encompasses the essence of the rich heritage of South India Temples along with a visit to Kerala popularly known as God’s Own Country for its rich heritage & culture, forest, wildlife and backwaters.
The Temples of South India have a spell-binding rich architecture of the seventh and ninth Century A.D. While on this trail, one can also enjoy the beautiful sunny beaches, as well as the Ayurveda treatments – the authentic way!
c) Varanasi
Varanasi is considered by many Hindus to be the holiest city on earth. Spirituality has nothing to do with any religion of the world; spirituality answers questions within yourself, about your existence, and gives you a chance to introspect.
With this tour, you’ll get the chance to discover some of the city’s most significant temples and historic attractions and even attend an evening ‘aarti’ or prayer ceremony, right on the banks of the sacred Ganges River. You’ll also get to spend time in Sarnath, an important pilgrimage site for Buddhists and home to the Dhamek Stupa.
